Your Beymann Capital plan follows a 30-day schedule, which means renewal dates may shift slightly each month. Your account will stay active, with the subscription renewing monthly, until you decide to terminate the account.
If your account balance reaches or falls below the Minimum Balance defined in the Trading Guidelines, your account will lose trading eligibility but remain active. You may either (a) manually reset your account at any time by paying the one-time reset fee, which does not change your renewal date, or (b) wait until your next monthly renewal, at which point your account will automatically reset and your card will be charged the standard monthly fee.
Choosing to reset your account (Beymann Capital Plan Level 1) before the scheduled renewal date incurs a one-time fee and resets your billing cycle. Your next automatic rebill will occur 30 days after the reset date, replacing your original renewal timeline.
If a payment cannot be processed for any reason (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), Beymann Capital will attempt to retry the charge up to [3] times over [7] days. If all retries fail, your account will be suspended, and trading privileges will be paused until a successful payment is received. After [14] days of failed payment attempts, Beymann Capital may terminate your account without notice and without refund.
All payments are non-refundable. No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-billing-cycle. You will retain access to the Services through the end of the current billing cycle for which you have paid.
Beymann Capital may modify the membership fee at any time. Any fee changes will not apply to your current billing cycle. You will receive notice of any fee change at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing your membership after the effective date of a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting in menu / Billing "Cancel Subscription". Cancellation requests submitted before your next renewal date will prevent the next charge. Cancellations submitted after a charge has processed will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
Cancellation of your membership terminates your access to the Beymann Capital Plan and your associated trading account. Cancellation triggers the account closure provisions of your Beymann Capital Plan Level 2 Account Agreement, including the forfeiture of any unpaid Reward Balance unless a Payout has been requested and confirmed prior to cancellation.
If a chargeback is initiated against a successfully delivered service, Beymann Capital reserves the right to (a) immediately suspend or terminate your account, (b) deny future Service access, (c) recover the disputed amount through any lawful means, including referral to collections, and (d) recover any associated chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees as part of the amount owed. This provision does not limit your right to contact Beymann Capital first to resolve billing disputes informally.
This Rebill Agreement supplements the Beymann Capital Terms of Use and the Beymann Capital Plan Level 2 Account Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and those documents, the Account Agreement controls.
