Beymann Capital Plan Level 2

Trading Guidelines

Last updated · September 2, 2026

These Trading Guidelines govern all trading activity in your Beymann Capital Plan Level 2 account and are incorporated by reference into the Beymann Capital Plan Level 2 Account Agreement (the "Agreement"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.

Beymann Capital may modify these Trading Guidelines at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for staying current on the rules in effect.

§ 01

Account Parameters

Starting Balance$50,000
Starting Minimum Balance$48,000
Maximum Minimum Balance (locked at)$50,000
Maximum Reward Balance$25,000
§ 02

Minimum Balance & Trailing Drawdown

Your account starts with a Minimum Balance of $48,000. If your live account balance ever falls to or below this Minimum Balance at any time, including intraday, your Level 2 account will be permanently closed immediately. It does not wait for the end of the trading day. A closed Level 2 account cannot be reset, reactivated, or traded again. To return to trading, you must start over from Level 1.

The Minimum Balance trails upward as you make profit, but never moves down on losing days. Once it reaches $50,000, it locks there permanently.

How it works each day

Profitable day
Your Minimum Balance rises by the amount of your daily profit, capped at $50,000.
Losing or flat day
Your Minimum Balance stays exactly where it was.

Worked example

Day End-of-Day Balance Daily P&L Minimum Balance
Start$50,000n/a$48,000
Day 1$50,800+$800$48,800
Day 2$50,300−$500$48,800
Day 3$51,500+$1,200$50,000
Day 4$53,000+$1,500$50,000
Day 5$49,500−$3,500$50,000

On Day 5, the live balance fell to the locked Minimum Balance ($50,000). The account is closed the moment the live balance reaches or falls below that level intraday, so the breach triggers as soon as $50,000 is touched, well before the $49,500 close shown above is recorded.

Why this matters Once your Minimum Balance reaches $50,000, you have unlimited downside protection on prior gains, but a hard floor at your starting capital. Consistent traders are progressively protected from giving back early profits.

Your Minimum Balance is recalculated at the end of each trading day based on that day's end-of-day balance. The breach itself, however, is monitored in real time against your live balance: your account is permanently closed the instant your live account balance reaches or falls below your current Minimum Balance at any point during the trading day, not only at the close.

§ 03

Permitted Trading Hours

Trading is permitted Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM PT to 12:59 PM PT (9:30 AM to 3:59 PM ET).

All open positions must be closed by 1:00 PM PT or before market close, whichever comes first. Approximately ten seconds before 1:00 PM PT, any open positions will be automatically flattened and pending orders canceled.

Holiday hours follow the CME schedule and are posted on the Beymann Capital website. Trading outside Permitted Trading Hours is prohibited.

§ 04

Permitted Instruments

The following instrument is currently permitted for trading in the Level 2 account:

Trading any instrument not on this list is prohibited and may result in trade removal, day deletion, or account closure.

Maximum Position Size

The maximum number of contracts you may hold in a single position depends on your current account balance. As your balance grows, your permitted position size increases according to the following tiers:

Account Balance Maximum Contracts
Below $55,00020
$55,000 - $60,00030
$60,000 - $65,00040
$65,000 and above50

Holding more than the maximum number of contracts permitted for your balance tier is prohibited and may result in trade removal, day deletion, or account closure.

§ 05

Profit Split & Payouts

Profit Split

Research Analysts receive 80% of virtual profits. Beymann Capital retains the remaining 20%.

Example

If you achieve $2,000 in virtual profits and request a payout of 50% ($1,000), your virtual profit balance is reduced by $1,000 and you receive $800 in U.S. dollars.

Payout Eligibility

To request a Payout, both of the following must be true:

  1. The 5-Day Standard. You have accumulated at least 5 Benchmark Trading Days since the later of the Effective Date of your Agreement or your most recent Payout. These do not need to be consecutive.
  2. The Consistency Rule. No single trading day's Trading Profits may exceed 50% of your total Trading Profits accumulated since the Effective Date of your Agreement.

A Benchmark Trading Day (also called a "green day") is any trading day on which you actively trade and finish with at least $150 in Trading Profits at market close.

The Consistency Rule exists so that your results come from steady, repeatable trading rather than one exceptional day. If your best day exceeds 50% of your total, the request will be denied. You may keep trading: the ratio is recalculated as your other profits grow, and once your best day falls at or below 50% of the total you may resubmit.

Example

Your total Trading Profits are $2,000 and your best single day produced $1,500 in profit. Because $1,500 is 75% of $2,000, you are not yet eligible. If you continue trading and your total profits grow to $3,200 (with your best day still at $1,500), the ratio falls to roughly 47% and a Payout request becomes eligible, subject to the other requirements in this section.

Before you request an early payout If your Minimum Balance has not yet reached $50,000, requesting a Payout moves it there immediately. Your account floor rises to $50,000 at once rather than trailing up gradually as you profit. Make sure you are comfortable trading against a $50,000 floor before requesting an early Payout.

Payout Mechanics

Inactivity & Account Closure Payouts

If your Level 2 account is closed due to a violation of these Trading Guidelines, or if you do not trade for a period of 30 consecutive days, a Payout will only be issued if all conditions in this section have been met at the time of closure.
