Beymann Capital Plan Level 1

Trading Guidelines

Last updated · May 7, 2026

These Trading Guidelines govern all trading activity in your Beymann Capital Plan Level 1 account and are incorporated by reference into the Beymann Capital Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.

Beymann Capital may modify these Trading Guidelines at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for staying current on the rules in effect.

§ 01

Account Parameters

Starting Balance$50,000
Starting Minimum Balance$48,000
Maximum Minimum Balance (locked at)$50,000
Target Profit$3,000
§ 02

Minimum Balance & Trailing Drawdown

Your account starts with a Minimum Balance of $48,000.

The Minimum Balance trails upward as you make profit, but never moves down on losing days. Once it reaches $50,000, it locks there permanently.

How it works each day

Profitable day
Your Minimum Balance rises by the amount of your daily profit, capped at $50,000.
Losing or flat day
Your Minimum Balance stays exactly where it was.

Worked example

Day End-of-Day Balance Daily P&L Minimum Balance
Start$50,000n/a$48,000
Day 1$50,800+$800$48,800
Day 2$50,300−$500$48,800
Day 3$51,500+$1,200$50,000
Day 4$53,000+$1,500$50,000
Day 5$49,500−$3,500$50,000

On Day 5, the live balance fell to the locked Minimum Balance ($50,000). The account is closed the moment the live balance reaches or falls below that level intraday, so the breach triggers as soon as $50,000 is touched, well before the $49,500 close shown above is recorded.

Why this matters Once your Minimum Balance reaches $50,000, you have unlimited downside protection on prior gains, but a hard floor at your starting capital. Consistent traders are progressively protected from giving back early profits.

Your Minimum Balance is recalculated at the end of each trading day based on that day's end-of-day balance. The breach itself, however, is monitored in real time against your live balance: your account is permanently closed the instant your live account balance reaches or falls below your current Minimum Balance at any point during the trading day, not only at the close.

§ 03

Permitted Trading Hours

Trading is permitted Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM PT to 12:59 PM PT (9:30 AM to 3:59 PM ET).

All open positions must be closed by 1:00 PM PT or before market close, whichever comes first. Approximately ten seconds before 1:00 PM PT, any open positions will be automatically flattened and pending orders canceled.

Holiday hours follow the CME schedule and are posted on the Beymann Capital website. Trading outside Permitted Trading Hours is prohibited.

§ 04

Permitted Instruments

The following instrument is currently permitted for trading in the Level 1 account:

Trading any instrument not on this list is prohibited and may result in trade removal, day deletion, or account closure.

Maximum Position Size

You may hold a maximum of 10 contracts in a single position. Holding more than 10 contracts is prohibited and may result in trade removal, day deletion, or account closure.

§ 05

Target Profit reached

Your Target Profit is $3,000. When your end-of-day account balance reaches $53,000 (your $50,000 Starting Balance plus $3,000 in Trading Profits), you have completed Level 1. Upon reaching Target Profit, you will: Level 2 trading privileges are not granted until the Level 2 Agreement is signed. Until the Level 2 Agreement is executed, your account remains in a graduated but inactive state, and no further Level 1 trading activity will be permitted. The Target Profit is evaluated based on your end-of-day account balance.

Consistency Target

To prove that your performance is built on a steady hand rather than a single lucky session, no single trading day's profit may account for more than 50% of your Target Profit. This is the Consistency Target.

If your best day exceeds 50% of the current Target Profit, the Target Profit is automatically recalculated to keep your performance consistent and sustainable. The new Target Profit is set so that your best day represents exactly 50% of it. In practice, the new Target Profit equals 2× your best single-day profit.

Example: Your Target Profit is $3,000. On Day 4 you produce $2,000 in Trading Profits, which is 67% of $3,000. The Target Profit is recalculated to $4,000, so your best day now sits at 50%. To complete Level 1, your end-of-day account balance must now reach $54,000 ($50,000 Starting Balance + $4,000 Trading Profits).

The Consistency Target continues to apply as you keep trading. If a later day produces an even larger single-day profit, the Target Profit is recalculated again on the same 50% basis.
§ 06

Payouts

Level 1 is an evaluation phase. No payouts, withdrawals, or transfers of Trading Profits are available while your account is in Level 1. Reward Balance accrual and payout eligibility begin only after you graduate to Level 2 and execute the Level 2 Agreement, subject to the terms set forth in the Level 2 Trading Guidelines.
§ 07

Reset

If your live account balance falls to or below the Minimum Balance at any time, including intraday, your Level 1 account is deactivated ("burned") immediately. It does not wait for the end of the trading day. A burned account cannot be traded until it is reset. You may restore Level 1 access through one of the following two paths:

Automatic reset at next rebill

Your account will be automatically reset at the start of your next subscription billing cycle (the "rebill period"). No action is required on your part. Your subscription continues on its existing schedule, and your account is restored at the next scheduled rebill date.

Paid reset

You may purchase a one-time reset at any time for the reset fee published on the Beymann Capital website. Upon purchase, your account is reset immediately. Your subscription billing schedule will be adjusted so that your next automatic rebill occurs 30 days after the reset date.
In either case, a reset restores your account to its initial parameters: Starting Balance of $50,000, Minimum Balance of $48,000, and Target Profit of $3,000. Prior trading history from the burned account is closed and does not carry forward into the reset account.
§ 08

Prohibited Activities

In connection with Level 1 account trading, you are prohibited from engaging in the following activities (collectively, "Prohibited Activities"):

Consequences of Violation

If Beymann Capital determines that you have engaged in any Prohibited Activity, Beymann Capital may, at its sole discretion:
