Under California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including for cross-contextual behavioral advertising and targeted advertising purposes.

You can submit an opt-out request using any of the methods below. You do not need a Beymann Capital account to submit a request.

Method 1: Email

Send an email to privacy@beymann.capital with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Include:

Your first and last name
The email address associated with any Beymann Capital account or website activity
Your state of residence
(Optional) Your Beymann Capital account number, if you have one

Method 3: Global Privacy Control

If your browser or browser extension supports the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat that signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device on which it is enabled. Learn more at https://globalprivacycontrol.org.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

§ 05

What to Expect

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and will process verified requests within 15 business days, as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
